Stage 1 

Disassemble and inspect seals rod cylinder inner walls for scores 

if scores or found in inner cylinder inner walls, 

scores can be removed by cylinder honing up to 30 thousands of an inching

Stage 2

check cylinder rod for worn areas, bends or cracks

some bent rods can be restraighten, and chrome plated with a high .00 micro finish 

and new rods can mead

Stage 3

 replace seal kits with new OEM seals 

Stage 4

re-assemble, test under pressure and weight
